I told you there were would be more from the new 2013 Ceremony Magazine. I was happy to be working with Kathleen at Villa Montalvo again this year along side of floral designer Karen of Huckleberry Karen Designs. Her pastel palettes looked wonderful with the surroundings at Villa Montalvo Arts. My favorite was the simplicity of the lace, burlap, and baby’s breath. The linens for the shoot were from Wildflower linens. They always have amazing things to choose from. I hope these things give you a little inspiration for your big day.

Midsummer’s Night Dream Wedding Inspiration | Published on Style Unveiled
We are so excited to announce the publication of Mid Summer’s Dream by Style Unveiled. This inspiration board was formed from the ballet and story of Shakespeare’s Midsummer’s Night Dream. Creating this whimsical land was a lot of fun, a melding of fairy tales and reality. Heather had it right how can you go wrong with a headpiece from Twigs n Honey. I adore her headpieces. A special thank you to make up artist Charlise Tran for getting this idea all started and the many wonderful vendors it took to carry it off. To see more of the images head on over to Style Unveiled by clicking here to see them. Below is just a couple of my favorite images and a list of all the wonderful people who made this shoot come true. If your interested in any of them you can find there info here or on Style Unveiled. If you love what you see remember to leave them a little love here.

April Cover with Ingela Floral | Ceremony Magazine San Francisco
I was so happy to be part of Ceremony magazines launch in to the San Francisco area. They are a beautiful magazine out of Southern California and this year they introduced themselves to the bay area. I had the opportunity to work with some great florist on the grounds of Villa Montalvo. Better yet, It was great to see one of my shots of a beautiful bouquet by Ingela Floral. It really is breathtaking I love the colors she used with the succulents. Flower Divas also did an amazing job with their hues of peaches and cream. Both had such different looks for the beautiful mansion in Saratoga. Please have a look at the photos below. Last Ceremony just launched their new blog. Have a look here
Our New Location | There’s a new photographer in town
We are so exited to be sharing this with all of you. We have finally found a new place to call home (well at least our photo home). It is located in downtown Campbell on a block I swear is the littlest western town in the west. The charm of this old saloon just screamed fun at me and I couldn’t resist the gracious offer given to me by Deanna Graham to share her photography haven. I just thought I would give you a sneak peak. I’ve hardly moved in but I have a couple of prints up and a key. You have to start somewhere right? Many new things are in store for this wonderful space and who knows what it will resemble in the next month or two. I am above thrilled on this new adventure and can’t wait to open it’s doors and welcome you in. In fact, I hope you’ll be able to belly up to the bar for a Sarsaparillo and a good chat soon. I’ll keep you posted so stay tuned for updates.
Our new address is 145 Dillon #A in Campbell, CA

Cherry Blossom Wedding Inspiration featured on Style Unveiled
The Cherry Blossom shoot has been a project that I’ve wanted to do for quite some time. It has also been a huge lesson in patience. Last year we missed them, so when my good friend Ingrid Marayag called and said let’s do the shoot I was all for it. We started planning it and I was so excited that so many talented wedding vendors in the business wanted to jump on board. For months, we collaborated and waited on Mother Nature. God Bless Ingrid because she drove by the fields everyday to check on the blooms. I had to laugh because by about week two Ingrid’s children could be heard in the car “Again!” as she drove by. Everyday or two I waited for the update, and the photo text of what stage they field was in. I felt like a doctor waiting to deliver a baby. With such a small window where the blooms look great we held our breath as vendors traveled out of town and the rain kept falling. Because of rain and waiting for the ground to dry out a little bit we missed full bloom by a couple of days but it didn’t matter we were all so excited about beautiful the images that came out of our months of waiting. This session was a true labor of love and we couldn’t of been more thrilled when the wedding blog Style Unveiled decided to run it. The best part was how excited they were.
