I thought this was funny. I was going through some old photographs and found this picture of me (the vampire) and my brother. I’m probably about 11 years old. I Love that my cape was made of black bags so that it was rain proof. It seemed like we usually got rain on Halloween. The other part was just the surrounding. What a product of the late 70’s early 80’s. Wood panel walls, cassette and records in the corner. Look at that t.v. that was big for back then. A definate blast from the past. SCarrry!
Elizabeth and Will exchanged vows at the beautiful St. Joseph Cathedral in downtown San Jose. As always this church never amazes me with its beauty and it creates such a wonderful background for a ceremony. I didn’t have the oppurtunity to meet in person with the couple before the wedding, but it worked out great because there seemed to be an instant connection. I felt like I had known Beth for years. What a warm and wonderful couple. The reception was held at the equally beautiful and historic St. Claire in downtown. Those who attended had a wonderful time. One of my favorite shots from this wedding is of one of the groomsmen. He was loving the band if you can’t tell.
I just love this photo of her kissing her mom before she headed to say her vows.
I love how thoughtful her favor was.
Flamingo is leading his flock. The girls in their pink was right up his alley. He was loving them and they were loving him back.

Its tradition to go to the pumpkin patch. We’ve been going for about 7 years now and we usually head over to Half Moon Bay. With kids in school we tried for a new place down in Morgan Hill called Uegie Farms. It was a great patch and the kids had a blast. Since it was new and different they had a lot of exploring to do. I just love the colors and the mood of fall a pumpkin patch.
Look at this mountain of pumpkins. My kids so wanted to climb it.
Wanted to share a great family portrait session down at Natural Bridges in Santa Cruz. I had a great time playing and photographing with the Bowers. Grant was busy and he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do. Mom and dad really wanted him to play with them but, I think he was most content playing with his shovel and pail. Just check out some of the images from their session.
Had a great time getting to know Jasmine and Peter. What was fun about this shoot is that we were way behind on schedule but the shoot still ended up being very relaxing. At times, I thought they were going to fall asleep in the hammock but I had to keep them going. The sun was going down. They’re getting married in a couple of weeks and can’t wait to photograph their day out at Ruby Hill. They are just a cute couple.
What can I say about Shannon and Russell. They are just full of life and their special day was proof of how fun they are as individuals and what a dynamic duo the two of them make. They really compliment each other. As everyone knows, I love fun and this day was full of it. The day started off at Hotel Los Gatos where if they could I believe Shannon and Russell would of gotten in the fountain and danced but there was too much still to do for the day. Next stop was the church of St. Francis of Assisi where the ceremony was held. Like most of the day special little touches were added to make the day theirs. Next stop was Villa Ragusa where Dean Martin was singing for guest at the cocktail hour. In fact, Dean says it all “Your nobody til Somebody loves you” and I know that is how Shannon and Russ are feeling. Shannon and Russ just made it in time to see him before he left. They were busy outside with the tow truck. Everyone walking by thought how sad that their car didn’t work on the wedding day but really Russ is part owner of the Alongi Brother tow company. So again it was FUN to incorporate it in to the day. There was so many things that made their day unique I couldn’t even touch on them all. So if you were a guest at their wedding and would love to comment on what you loved best please do. Wishing them the best!

Jill is finally going to let me write my own blog post. I think she has finally excepted my shennigans and is just going to roll with it. Well, first of all I just love Shannon and Russell. They made me feel like an invited guest instead of the party crasher that I am. What gave it away was when they realized I was the tow truck driver that had their car. But it was all good because my good friend Dean Martin was their singing at their cocktail hour. Dean and I go way back when he use to perform at my Grandpa’s joint in Vegas. You’ve probably heard of it the “Flamingo.” Well, he vouched for me and I had a blast. In fact, I became great friends with AJ the best man and he helped me out in the photobooth. Plus, people was asking if I would pose with them. I love it! Especially when there is a beautiful lady involved. Stay tuned for more of my adventures. I know there will be more.
This company was so fun to work with. I’ve already given their name out to several new clients. It was great because guest could take their photos, keep them or paste them in a memory book for the bride and groom. It was a great activity to keep guest busy during slow parts of the reception and day. All the guest were having a blast. In fact, Jeremy and I were thinking that maybe we should use these as our new business cards. But of course Flamingo had to get in to the act. He made a friends with the best man AJ and he helped him out a little bit. If your interested in a photobooth for your wedding I would check them out.
