I’m back

What a couple of crazy days! I’m so excited to fill you all in but there just hasn’t been the time.  I will try in the next couple of days to get some new stuff up for you. Over the weekend the airlines lost all my luggage and then when I returned home the internet was out for two days, plus school started for my oldest! Now I’m off to do an engagement shoot with Mike and Jennifer.  A little bowling and some laundry.  Sounds like it could be really fun!

Leaving town for a wedding!

There is so much to catch all of you up on and to show you some fun and wonderful photos from recent events. Right now I’m heading out of town to Grand Blanc, Michigan to photograph a wedding on Saturday of Natalie and Steve. I’ll be back on Monday hopefully with some new updates.

Custom Jewelry

My friend Joyce just came up from LA and spent a couple of days.  She has started a custom designed jewelry company and they are just fantastic.  The pieces range from elegant, to fun, to just versatile for dress or casual. She has a great bridal and bridesmaid line starting.  What is fun about her is you can have her design jewelry specifically to fit your wedding, the colors, dresses, theme etc.  Here are a couple of examples. Check out Katie’s Senior Pictures

Slowly catching up to speed.  Check out Katie’s Senior picture slideshow.  What a fun day.  We found this old laundermat with these orange dryers.  They made for great color and unique pictures.  The photos at the beginning were of a clay pit.  I’ll have more of those for you of my kids.  But check out this shoot in Michigan.

Thank you soooooo much. We can’t wait to see all of our photos.

Thanks again,

Rox

Tim and Roxy pay special attention to details

First of all let me just say Congratulations to Tim and Roxy.  We had a great day yesterday photographing their wedding in Monterrey.  Roxy had to be one of the cutest brides ever.  She was truly floating on air and couldn’t stop smiling or giggling.  I just wanted to share with all of you some of the special attention they paid to details.  I can only show you a few but I hope some of them inspire.   Check out the starfishes in the flower arrangements.  They even had a cute flowergirl.   Paying attention to the small details made it a unique and truly special day. Back from Camping

Blogged under Uncategorized by jill on Friday 4 August 2006 at 4:24 pm

Just days after moving we headed out to Charlevoix Michigan to do some camping with my 5 siblings and their families.  The weather was hot in the high 90’s which is rare for that area but perfect for spending the days at the beach.  My sister got my kids a inflattable wave runner that was powered with batteries and it also had giant super soaker on it.  It was a blast! We went tubing and sailing everyday.  Campfires were good even though a couple of nights were just to hot.  Some people put a candle in their fire pit and sat around it.  I’ll have to post some more images from the trip but here’s one of the waverunner.  Still unpacking boxes from the move and preparing for a wedding in Monterrey tomorrow.Wave runner
